We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at returns@the-hiddeneye.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at returns@the-hiddeneye.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
